Bribery and Improper Influence

- Verityn prohibits the offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting of bribes in any form.

- All business must be won on the merit of our strategic insight, sector stewardship, and operational credibility—not through inducement or preferential treatment.

- This policy applies globally and aligns with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and other relevant anti-corruption legislation.

Gifts, Hospitality, and Entertainment

- Reasonable hospitality and business expenses are permitted only when proportionate, transparent, and not intended to influence outcomes.

- Gifts must never be solicited or accepted if they create, or appear to create, an obligation or bias.

- Any gift or entertainment must be disclosed and approved under Verityn’s compliance protocols.

Tax and Financial Integrity

- Verityn will not knowingly facilitate tax evasion or financial misconduct by clients, suppliers, or third parties—including government officials.

- All financial transactions are subject to audit and compliance review.

Reporting and Accountability

- Any suspected breach of this policy must be reported immediately to Verityn’s Legal and Governance team.

- Whistleblower protections are in place to ensure safe and confidential reporting.
